India had a fantastic day in the second Test against Bangladesh at Kanpur, scoring 285 runs in just 34.4 overs before declaring their innings. Jasprit Bumrah led a strong bowling performance, taking three wickets and surpassing James Anderson’s record for wickets in the World Test Championship.
With Bumrah’s impressive tally, he’s now seventh on the all-time WTC list. Meanwhile, Ravichandran Ashwin is just four wickets away from becoming the highest wicket-taker in WTC history.
India is in a strong position, needing just eight more wickets to secure a win, while Bangladesh trails by 26 runs in their second innings.
