Filmmaker Hansal Mehta addressed concerns regarding *The Buckingham Murders*, which is presently available for streaming on Netflix and has a Hindi dubbing. A person complained that the dubbing was unauthentic, particularly since it featured international actors speaking Hindi.
Mehta stated that they were working on resolving the technical issue, clarifying that the filmmakers had no influence over it and that it was a mistake on the part of Netflix.
He urged people to watch the Hindi-English original, which was first inaccessible because of the issue.
*The Buckingham Murders* was released in two versions, one dubbed wholly in Hindi and the other combining Hindi and English, in order to make the movie more widely available. To accommodate a variety of audiences, the Kareena Kapoor Khan film was shown in two versions, 50/50. It was screened at several film festivals before making its Indian premiere on September 13.
