A day after his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, returned to Mumbai, Virat Kohli was seen on Tuesday heading back to the city after spending time at the couple’s opulent vacation house in Alibaug.
Renowned architects Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen created their gorgeous vacation home, which is situated on an 8-acre plot of land they purchased for Rs 19 crore in 2022.
The 10,000-square-foot villa has a custom kitchen, a jacuzzi, a temperature-controlled pool, and exquisite Italian marble finishes.
Reports suggest that Kohli invested anywhere between Rs 10.5 crore and Rs 13 crore to bring his dream property to life.
In addition, Kohli has a villa in Gurugram worth Rs 80 crore, while the pair owns a sumptuous 7,171 square foot property in Mumbai valued at Rs 34 crore.
With just 190 runs in nine innings, Kohli had a difficult trip of Australia in cricket. Although it is improbable that he would play, he has been included to the list of probables for Delhi’s forthcoming Ranji Trophy matches.
